The main raw materials of electrolytic aluminum cover include aluminum anode, aluminum oxide and aluminum spike. Among them, the aluminum anode is made directly from the existing aluminum material, while the aluminum oxide and the sudden aluminum need to be made by chemical reaction in the pre-process. The selection and preparation of these raw materials is critical to the subsequent production process of aluminum oxide.
Electrodeposition : The core process of electrolytic aluminum is electrodeposition. In this step, the aluminum anode is placed in an electrolyte, and pure aluminum is continuously deposited on the anode surface through electricity. Process parameters such as electrolyte formulation, temperature and current density have important effects on the thickness, uniformity and quality of the deposited aluminum film.
Post-treatment : After the electrochemical aluminum deposition is completed, a series of post-treatment operations are required, including surface treatment, annealing treatment and cutting treatment. Surface treatment is designed to improve the corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and beauty of aluminum film, usually by anodizing, spraying or coating methods. Annealing treatment is helpful to eliminate the internal stress and improve the stability and toughness of the material. The cutting process is to cut the aluminum film into a specific size and shape of the electrochemical aluminum sheet according to customer requirements.
Stamping forming : The electrolytic aluminum sheet is put into the stamping equipment and stamped into the desired shape of the electrolytic aluminum cover by the die. This step requires precise control of the stamping pressure and mold size to ensure the dimensional accuracy and appearance quality of the electrochemical aluminum cover.
Cleaning and drying : The stamped electrochemical aluminum cover needs to be cleaned to remove oil and impurities from the surface. The cleaning process is divided into rough washing and fine washing, which is usually carried out by fully automatic and closed cleaning machines. The electrolytic aluminum cover after cleaning needs to be dried to prevent moisture residue from affecting subsequent processing.
Hot stamping and printing : The surface of the electrochemical aluminum cover often needs to be hot stamping or printing to add patterns, text or logos. Hot stamping process through the hot plate to heat the electrochemical aluminum, peel layer melting, adhesive layer and substrate bonding, coloring layer and polyester film base separation, aluminum plating layer and coloring layer left on the substrate. Printing is using screen printing or offset printing and other methods, the ink is transferred to the surface of the electrochemical aluminum cover to form patterns and text.
Assembly and inspection : The electrochemical aluminum cap usually needs to be assembled with other components (such as gaskets, rubber plugs, etc.) to form a complete cap. During the assembly process, ensure that the fit between the components is tight and not loose. After the assembly is completed, quality inspection is also required to ensure that the performance and appearance of the electrochemical aluminum cover meet the standard requirements.
